Halton Catholic District School Board votes to raise the rainbow Pride flag this June in Oakville and Burlington as well as Milton and Halton Hills

Halton Catholic District School Board trustee Brenda Agnew forward a motion to raise the Pride flag at HCDSB schools, an idea started by Nicole Hotchkiss, a Grade 12 student at Oakville's St. Ignatius of Loyola Catholic Secondary School.

5 to 3 vote in favour followed hours of debate and delegations
